Parking
Parking is available in the Cornwall Council New Road South (B&M) car park (fees apply). Free parking is available in the Saltash Road car park, just a short walk from the town centre.

Toilets
The public conveniences in New Road have undergone a major refurbishment to include a Changing Places facility to accommodate people with profound and multiple learning disabilities who cannot use standard accessible toilets, as well other disabilities that severely limit mobility. The other facilities provide  individual unisex toilets which are all disabled friendly.

​Other toilets are situated in the Town Hall in New Road and the Methodist Church in Haye Road.

Wheelchair access
In the main all performance areas are wheelchair friendly. The Town Hall has two entrances, one of which is on the level and the other has a wheelchair lift. The surface at the Methodist Church field in Valentine Row is part gravel and part grass which may cause problems for some visitors.

Children & families
All areas are suitable for children and families. Baby changing facilities are described above.

Quiet areas
A "Calm Space" facility is provided in St Mary's Church in Fore Street.
